You will use basic functional movement patterns like pushing, pulling, squatting, rotating, lifting, walking and running. Functional training incorporates exercises that improve your movement in these primary patterns, giving you an extra edge and enhancing your performance so you can achieve your goals safely and with good health.

Not for the faint hearted. This class is for people who are more technically sound and are comfortable lifting heavier weights. We focus on advanced movements and increasing your overall strength whilst pushing you to your limits.
