Gym Floor Classes

Hit the gym floor and choose from an expanding range of classes – from high-intensity interval training to yoga classes in Joondalup in Warwick. With our gym memberships, you can work out whenever it suits you. Just pick, click, hit play and gain access to hundreds of group fitness workout videos! 12 Rounds Boxing Circuit

Our 12 round circuit is unlike anything you’ve tried before! Did we mention it’s also a lot of fun? These high-intensity group workouts are designed by professional trainers to help you reach and smash your fitness goals. Built around functional strength, conditioning and sports-based cardio, 12 round circuit training provides a dynamic ‘total body’ workout.
